Everyone's got a stash full of decent rolled artifacts. It's got to be really well rolled to be worth anything. Accoc 550+ 1600+ 2% can get a blessing or 2. ASSS are wrothless. I've gotten 2 day runes after they upped the drop rates, still way too rare. Dev posted they're upping the drop rate again and extending the duration that beast will sell the recipes. I feel I'd be lucky to just buy one of the recipes. Forget about getting all 3.

Don't bother combining/saving the crafting mats. You get more than you could ever use late game. Just sell em to the store or donate for xp. Even though they just sell for 5 credits/xp each no matter the level. I have a lot more money after not combining them.
