i'm using a 5870 as well and i haven't noticed any graphical problems. i played around with settings and even fullscreen/windowed mode and nothing bad to report.

does hh disable abilities as well? never really used it much since if i had a carry i'd be focusing on making other items

i dunno, i kind of like the story. the combat system is definitely awkward. i really don't like how stagnant the main characters are. swaine and ester are pretty mediocre and oliver isn't much better until he gets the final wand.

again, you dont play vg to race to 55, you play vg to try out all the different dungeons using a bunch of alts. moorgard has done a nice job communicating and stuff but he's also made this game incredibly easy. race to 55 and you'll be bored b/c the end game in vg is pretty shitty

no people push up the diplo buffs at certain hub cities. you just have to be able to go to the area by either rifting or getting there by foot

int does help but from what i've seen, youre better off looking for buffs that add spell dmg. i'm not say load up on gear with spell dmg focus, but make sure you get stuff like diplo buffs, hyatet, etc
