It is sort of like playing slots. The short term peaks & lows are the volatility, but after x million spins you are guaranteed to win y% (whatever the pay table is set to). I saw a post where they think they fixed the leaver stuff, so I guess that's why it hasn't really been fixed.

Watchin Reunited vs Creation, I never watched any tournaments back when mcree was common, but Art1er is awesome. One of the brits keeps losing power, and had to get on 3G. I thought only us middle america people had such problems.

I kinda enjoyed the super strange matches during this stacking allowed period, but the stalling tactics by tracer & dva were a bit annoying so probably good that stacking is gone in the tourneys.

I think it was an unreal limitation, but I had never used it. I remember at the time complaining that they were recompiling shaders all the time and wondering why in the world you'd ever do that. Now that I've used Unreal I see why it was happening all the time.

Played a few games this morning and got some huge rank gains: I usually get half or a third, with the occasional 2/3rds and lots of 1/20ths for winning vs leavers.

I was just watching the tournament on GosuGamers. The healer on the defense crashed and rejoined. That made me realize, this game has never crashed for me in the 160ish hours the stats screen shows. It is an easy scenario when you can load all your resources up front, but still, that's solid.

I think there are two comparisons here. People's initial ranking, and people discussing how your rank will become over millions of games and geological time. I tend to agree with both.

Kalex makes most of the chassis, Suter and Tech3 make a few, but I think like 90% of the bikes are Kalex. It is interesting to see some riders struggle when they go up a notch. Alex Marquez from 3 to 2, or Rabat going up to GP. He was great on a moto2 bike.

Also it would seem it would depend heavily on what maps you got when doing your initial 10 games. If the games you lost were king of the hill, and the winning games were payload, you'd rank considerably higher than the opposite it seems.

I wonder if you could cheese the system by leaving king of the hill maps during the assembly phase and just playing on payload maps?
