Yeah, what is local and global is not always obvious or intuitive. They've fixed a few mods to be a little more obvious in this regard, but it's always going to be a problem in their architecture.

Sounds like you have it figured out, but note that you'll need at least 15,000 evasion to break even on movespeed when equipping QotF due to the -25% reduction.

What are you having problems with? It should be pretty straight forward, base movement speed - 25% + (evasion/600).

Shouldn't try to roll an Eclipse base unless you're going spell caster imo. For melee, you'd want either Imperial Staff or Judgement Staff (imo Imperial), and they're a huge pain in the ass to roll. I mean absolutely GOOD LUCK, but I went down that rabbit hole once and never again!

The sneakiest map mod interaction is Players are Cursed with Vulnerability + Strongbox Caustic Clouds. Caustic Clouds is popped by shooting out a projectile from the strongbox, and if that projectile is buffed it can one shot very beefy characters.

Being able to run any combination of mods on a map is great for saving money long term, but yeah I don't think reflect is nearly as bad as some other map mod combinations. No life regeneration can fuck itself.

The preferred method of 6 linking is to use Orbs of Fusing on a 6 socket item until it gets 6 links. This could happen anywhere from 1 fusing to many multiple thousands of fusings, so good luck.

I'm not, this patch gave us the ability to change which map the recipe generates by swapping out maps. For Iceberg specifically, if you turn in 3 Atolls and it gives you back an Arid Lake, swap out one of the Atolls for a different one and it will give you Iceberg.

No need, really. It always generates a map one tier higher that's connected on the Atlas, and this patch gave us the ability to choose which one by swapping maps around. So if you want a T4, look on the map and see what it's connected to for T3, and then turn in 3 of those.
