I found the place where it spawns earlier when exploring. The quest icon shows where it is on the map you just have to figure out the route to get to it. Main ones I've had issues with are the sidequests that want salvaged materials which I've mostly neglected.

Atlus makes no sense. SMT has mostly been Nintendo exclusive and Persona has been Sony exclusive. The only reason I can see at this point is they think the fanbases for both are concentrated in those ecosystems and there is little crossover.

Nintendo owns Monolithsoft wholly. There's no payment to keep it exclusive. It's no different than Uncharted 4, HZD, or Halo. Exclusives help sell systems, and it's really the only major strength that Nintendo has over Microsoft and Sony besides portability.
