Yeah, a league will only drop one version of maps, but there's been several versions of maps throughout the years that are now obsolete. Original maps only went up to 78 and had crazy mods on them like +50% pack size -- you can still roll those, even though the pack size mods don't show up...

Depends on what you mean by 'viable', but 2h is in a really bad spot right now. Stat sticks/shields are just too good to think an extra 5/6L makes up for it.

Nah, shaping maps is accounted for in the design, but a non-shaped T14 Courthouse and a non-shaped T4 Courthouse in the same map tab shouldn't be possible. They've required a new Map Tab version every time they've updated maps so far.

You have to select the version of the Map Tab you want to use, which I think is like original maps, Ascendancy maps, and War for Atlas maps right now. In a new league, you'll only have one version of maps so it doesn't matter.

Depends on what you pick to start with. The default option is you've crash landed from an advanced civilization and need to start over, so they had electricity and space flight and whatnot but no need for bows and arrows.

Neversink's is the most comprehensive, and there's various ways you can set it up so that it's easy. I used to use Antnee's before all the sound/highlighting changes, but she hasn't updated it in forever so I had to drop it :(. Outside of that, making your own is probably the best bet.

Anything priced in Exalted Orbs is expensive, they tend to go for about 100c to 1ex. Saving up 30-50c usually isn't too hard, so I consider anything in that price range to be affordable. It can be very hard to save money if your build is bad.

I've never played a skeleton build, not sure how effective it'd be. The items aren't too bad generally, Astramentis can be expensive depending on the meta, but like right now on Delve they're 20c. Seven league step is super expensive and totally not required, Alberon's Warpath should be fine...

There's a setting called Max Colonies you have to change to allow more than one base.

Loreweave will be crazy expensive in a new league for sure. A good 1h for Consecrated Path will also be expensive, but that's for things like Shaper/Elder/T16s. Delve helmets with the -9 fire resist might also not be available next league, but I don't think they've shared when/how Delve will...
