All in exchange for a small sacrifice a bunch of a underaged runaways and abused children noone will ever miss. A shame noone will ever learn about the brave globalist billionaires who made that difficult moral choice for the rest of us.

    Disney+ Streaming Service

But what happens to Aliens franchise stuff? Predator is on Fox and it's not like they could show R-Rated Deadpool stuff on anything with the Disney brand on it. I suppose they could just expand hulu to include all that but it seems like a dumb choice considering they could've just branded the...

Speaking of sails, the next Falcon Heavy mission is pretty fucking cool for a number of reasons. One of which is the smallest payload on there... it was kickstarted and it's technically a real reactionless propulsion system: But it's gonna go up on the Falcon HEAVY and the whole mission...

You're looking at this all backwards. NOTHING in the universe is an accident. It can't be. The only way anything is an accident is if between now and the end of the universe nothing ever develops the capacity to comprehend and manipulate retrocausality. The only way anything in reality does...

    Disney+ Streaming Service

Kinda shocked they'd brand their streaming service Disney. That would keep a lot of their inventory from off-brand stuff like Miramax and now all the FOX shit off the service or let it affect their family-friendly branding.

Ya it's a weird meta in FFXIV; tanks optimize for dps even though I've only seen a couple real dps races. I think it's a consequence of the fact that everyone tanks on the same char they have a bajillion dps jobs with. Even as PLD I stack for +direct hit and my rotation is concerned with dot...

Final Fantasy XIV (Guide in first post)

4-man's aren't the best standard to base your tanking experience from tbh. Even ex trials are pretty faceroll until the level 70 ones. FFXIV isn't any different from other MMOs, the real game really starts at the max level.

Partly because aside from Aurum or maybe Ghimlyt Dark the rest of the 5-mans can be facerolled through with unoptimized gear, half-ass rotations, and whilst shitposting on forums.

Oh I dunno about STOPPING it, but they'd definitely be forced to look into it. No way ULA or Boeing or Lockheed will let that shit dry up man. They've mastered this game since the 50's and everyone congressperson's great-grandchild is set up for life so long as their contracts stay good.

SLS is actually decently far along. The problem is the longer it takes to launch the more missions Falcon and Falcon Heavy will have done in its stead....at a fraction of the cost. That might serve a greater purpose though, it could start congressional action to look at why the SLS and all...

Fucking "gay astronomer" lol whatever. Her female colleagues were more than a little irritated that the SJW cuckmedia propped her up as the paragon of women in STEM and more than a few of them stepped up when rabid SJWs started waving their agenda flag with her on it: There is no "sexist"...

They could just design the fairings out of material that would resist saltwater corrosion. Even if that triples the cost of the fairings it would be cheaper than what they've already planned. They thought of doing something similar for the shuttle's SRB's but that wouldve been way too...

    The Astronomy Thread

Oh they've always recovered the fairings after they hit saltwater... they just tow them back to port. Musk said refurbishing them afterwards kinda made it worthless tho. So they wanted to try to catch them before they sit the saltwater. Incidentally saltwater+SRB was what made the...

The worst part is she probably DID deserve the praise....but the SJW cuckmedia decided to lionize her as a Joan of Arc for women in STEM. In so doing they not only burned the folks who did most the work, they actually managed to marginalize the OTHER WOMEN who also did most the work.

Yeah basically there's no way around the first and second laws of thermodynamics. If the universe started differently, some constants like the speed of light could be different....but the first and second laws would still be the same. The law of the conservation of energy would still be the...

That's close to the Boltzmann Brain hypothesis, which could be true. Once again the simulation hypothesis doesn't attempt to address how the simulation is actually implemented... it's a bayesian probabilistic argument that simply takes observations about the ratios of power/computation over the...

And it's inefficient to simulate the entire Universe when you need only simulate a solar system. Or a planet. Or a room. And so you wouldn't. There was a quantum-lattice experiment that proved that simulating the entire universe would be computationally impossible, and that's true. But you...

That's a great horned owl. That's the raptor that eats OTHER raptors as part of a healthy breakfast. Of course it'll be stubborn and not give a shit what he says, it's supposed to fly around randomly dismembering its prey before eating it: The thing is a flying charnel house, raining bits...

Owls are undeniably smart and cute....but pound for pound they're the most lethal raptors in the wild. The Great Horned Owl has more fellow raptors in its diet than any other bird of prey. It regularly hunts Peregrines and Ospreys, even ones that are bigger.

It's never purported to be a theological argument. You've obviously been triggered by something someone wrote about the Simulation Hypothesis stepping on theological or moral toes...it doesn't, it never has. It was published in 2003 and has been challenged from all sides since and it's fared...

It's not that loaded. If you accept that the simulation hypothesis is highly probable then you'd have to believe in God. Otherwise, how would the entity that created and is conducting the simulation you're living in distinguishable from God?
