It's an awesome fight, but on my OG playthrough a couple years ago, it was probably the hardest fight for me other than Malenia at the very end of the game.

On my original playthrough, I never saw this weapon. Got it recently and maxed it out at the smith. The L2 bubble on this thing is hilarious and pretty much knocks down every mob. Gives you enough time to get another bubble off as their getting up. Very cheesy and funny...

On my recent playthrough, I did Volcano Manor before the Radahn festival. That said, have you fought Radahn yet? If you're already near him, I would at least try him a few times. If he's giving you too much trouble, take a break and go to Volcano Manor and clear that, then go back and try again.

Have you beaten Volcano Manor yet? I would do that before Radahn and get the Blasphemous Blade from the boss remembrance at Volcano Manor. Probably the best greatsword pre DLC, especially for 'beginners'. Has a very powerful L2 attack and heals you on every kill.

What's your scadu bonus when you killed Messmer? I've only killed like 3 bosses(only 1 with a rememberance) and felt like I got to Messmer way too early.

I think I need more Scooby Doo fragments, because Messmer is pushing my shit in badly. Think I'll leave him alone for a bit.

I played a couple hours into the DLC, but I've since gone back to base game to get the rest of the seeds/tears past Lyndell since this was a fresh game. Heading back to DLC today. I keep reading it's insanely hard, but I didn't get to any major boss yet.

Getting near the end of the game on my new playthrough on PC(originally 100%'d the game on PS5) and I feel like I had almost as much fun on this playthrough as I did going in blind on launch. Such an amazing game and I cannot wait for the DLC now.

Maybe just start a completely fresh new game then on PC. My original play was on PS5, but I have it on PC too. What's the current total cheese build so I can power through it?

About halfway through this game right now and I'm really enjoying it. Perfect balance of action and horniness. Some of these outfits got me pausing the game if my daughter comes into my office. Don't want her to think less of her father.

Man, Rebirth is so much better than Remake. I enjoyed Remake, but I'm loving Rebirth. It has renewed my interest in JRPGs. There's so f'ing much to do and all of it has been fun so far. I'm about 40 hours and just entered Golden Saucer.
