Yeah, Kamala is absolutely solid and the best character in the movie and it's not really close. Movie is fine. My kids will enjoy it more than most adults into the comic movies will, and that's OK.

NASA's Lucy spacecraft made it's first flyby of an asteroid, Dinkinesh. They suspected it may have a satellite, and this was confirmed in the flyby. Another shot of the system though provided a surprise, the satellite is a contact binary...

For classic, expecting Cataclysm w/ some tweaks, some new seasonal/ruleset server(s) and maybe the 5% ICC buff ('coming this Tuesday' please). Unrealistic hope would be for a Starcraft 3 announcement w/ the scale of an Annihilation game rather than the claustrophobic APM-focused traditional RTS...

I went the other direction and simplified things a little the last time I played, I liked making ribbon worlds. Where the height of the map was only 1-3x the height of my screen, and I had to expand outward in either direction. Factorissimo2 was always my favorite mod.

Looks like another Sony studio w/ mass layoffs today - Bungie. This is a week removed from Media Molecule laying off '15-20%' of it's staff.

RIP MCU. Should be an interesting couple episodes remaining. Makes me wonder if they're going to make incursions entire multiverses of timelines rather than one timeline vs another. I wonder if this is what they're introducing with this cliffhanger, perhaps the multiverse we've been viewing...

It's over. A fun few episodes to wrap up the series. We'll see if any of the other shows in the same universe ever really happen.

Decreased quality because I yolo'd it up onto this other site, but this is the lighting/shadow stuff that bugs me. Instead of it being kind of striking everything becomes a quivering mess.

I messed with it for a little bit... it got so dark at one point it was hard to place buildings. And the shadows and stuff looked so bad, so many jaggies, etc. Placing some larger buildings and they want roads... but wont snap to any, ended up just sloppily wrapping them in roads after I built...

Not planning on going because money's tight this fall w/ some family emergency shenanigans ongoing / expected, but looking forward to all of this as it comes together.
