It turns out they're doing a class auditing balance and trying to reduce server lag. So every AE in the game, damage and heal, is getting reduced. It's not as bad as that thread is making it out too be. Where they're nerfing, they're boosting other things to make up for it.

Does the orbtaker heist give you access to your archgun when you first run it? I'm not seeing a way to set it up before trying the heist. Orb-taker kill is a weekly for nightwave. It doesn't look that much harder than Eidolon hunts from the vids I've watched.
