Yar, all they needed for this DLC was to just have Miquella be the main antagonist/driving character, like everybody expected. The Messmer reveal really kinda stalled out the trailer for me.

Yeah it's worth it. Two chapters, first is pretty much just a normal FF7R first half chapter. Second is really good and has a bunch of callbacks to the FF7 expanded universe games while introducing the multi-character attacks that the sequel will have.

Doing all of that is a good way to get totally F'd by the endgame of FF8 when you're level 70 and not junctioned correctly. Like I did in 1999. TBH the game would have been fine and not needed any of that micromanagement if they got rid of the level-scaling and made enemy growth more normal.
