Yeah you are right. I have more than 300mw of renewable and under 100mw of thermal, and with 200mw of demand its still burning through the hydrogen. I assumed it would be smart but it's not.
fire ice = graphene and deuterium. this is enough fractionators to reliably delete all of the hydrogen.. system is producing 900 graphene and 450 deuterium per minute. Consuming about 42MW of power.
Just set up my first interstellar base, harvesting organic crystals and spiniform stalagmite crystals which I convert to carbon nanotubes, then shipping them back to my home system.
There's around 1.5mil of each on the one planet I went to so that will last quite a while!
D4 hasn't been that long, it was only announced late 2019. I wouldn't expect it to release in 2022 either.
Starfield 2018 I think? But since we know and have seen nothing of it I have to assume it's years off. ES5 even more so.
WTF I didn't know you could do that.
I knew they were stackable but had never found a need for it. Since I'm using logistics towers everywhere I don't have much belt spaghetti.
Funnily enough the main place I'm using lots of splitters is the same place he demoed in the video - refinery loops...
Got my gravity matrix production up and running.. It's producing quantum chip and graviton lens faster than a 10 stack of matrix labs can cook cubes. The power drain from all of the particle colliders hurt though. Tapped into another 3 oil wells and fed 100% of the oil+hydrogen into thermal...
Home planet I'm using a mix of solar, wind and burning excess oil and hydrogen.
On another planet I built a ring of solar around the whole planet on the equator. Generates around 100mw perpetually could add extra rings easy enough.
I am starting to have power troubles now that I'm working on...
I built 100s of thermal power stations to filter overflow hydrogen and refined oil to to avoid that problem.
I haven't started expanding outside the first system yet either. I'm currently working on setting bulk production lines up with everything linked to logistics systems so that I avoid...
I carry a stack of solar panels, wireless towers and accumulators so when I fly to a new planet I create power and recharge my mech. I tend to spend all of my energy every time I travel to a planet by accelerating to max speed and crash landing head first into the planet at 2000km/s. Makes it...
The starting planet isn't meant to last long in terms of metals or stone. It's got more than enough to set up facilities on the other planets in the starting system which have way more materials.
What the starting planet is good for is water and oil. I have pretty large oil facilities set up on...
I consider the in game translation to be very good. There is some use of language that clearly identifies it as being of Chinese origin - translated to English by a native Chinese speaker - but it's not at all chinglish.
This game is excellent! Has the same "problem/feature" that satisfactory has where you are encouraged to walk away and leave the game running, then come back hours/days later. I'm ok with that!
I just got started on the red matrixes. Doesn't have an obvious solution to how to keep refineries...
Klei games (at least the ones I've played) have nothing to do with earth or earth culture. I don't see what there is to pro CCP in them.
Tencent seem to be pretty hands-off with their other game aquisitions, some of them are many years old. Riot and Epic both seem to be going as strong as ever...
Sad news indeed.. I'm so conflicted, I love ONI but hate CCP.. I think this actually supports my decision to buy the xpac early since tencent didn't get the cash!
Better Tencent than EA though. Tencent at lease has a history of leaving their aquisitions alone and letting them make good games.
Some relatives of mine divorced. Was extremely bitter, they fought tooth and nail with lawyers over every detail. They ended up losing a huge portion of the assets to legal cost to the point that they both had to rent again as their fully paid of house was mostly eaten by lawyers. Didn't seem...
I watched the two episodes again with the family and enjoyed them more the second time around. The 60s era comedy is still funny to me and they did a pretty good job of capturing the feel of it. The wife and I both laughed out loud several times and my 7yo son thought the magic show was hilarious.
The holden storyline has been boring until this episode, all of a sudden it's interesting. No Amos at all, booo.
I've been enjoying the alex/bobbie stuff though since I like those two - even if they were only in this episode for 1 minute.
I'm just using various models of mikrotik routers scattered around my house all managed by capsman. Trivial to set up and gives me various toys I can play with. I had a problem with chromecast where if sending and recieving devices were connected to different APs they wouldn't be able to cast...
Most of them have attack patterns that are easy to recognise and avoid. A few of them have weak spots too where it does more damage and staggers them. Investing in perks in body makes them a lot easier.
Nah you can wear really strong armour with a body of 3. You can craft armour mods that add many 100s of armour per upgrade slot, so one set of pants can provide thousands of armour.
Is there any chance of decent electoral reform in the United States?
It's probably at least a partial lack of understanding on my part, but I stare in bewilderment about aspects of how their democracy works.
As an example the electoral system seems designed on purpose to entrench a 2 party...
If you keep your distance all of his attacks are easily avoidable. Missile volley -> keep moving. Minigun -> hide behind something. Leap in the air -> move to avoid his landing.
I just shot him to death with a tech rifle, didn't take too long. When he leaps to the top floor and spawns adds, I...
Looks like I didn't hate this movie as much as most people. It wasn't good, but it had good parts about it. There are some nice ideas buried under the mess. I really enjoyed the Max Lord character, it is really refreshing to have the major villain of an A Tier superhero movie not be either a...
I agree this movie downplayed the home buyers culpability, but also the stripper was indeed being taken advantage of. They are not mutually exclusive. That's what some regulation is for, protecting the vulnerable/stupid from predatory sales practices.
We had a royal commission here a couple of...
I'm running it on PC, GTX 1070, ryzen 3700X, running at 2560x1440 on ultra, works well. I've finished the game and only had a few minor graphics glitches along the way.
The only bugs I've encountered are very minor. The worst one I would say is sometimes quest objectives are a bit hard to click on.
I'm running the game on ultra in 2560x1440 using a gtx 1070. Runs perfectly and very smooth. Looks great. Probably my ryzen 3700X helps.
It's a wonderful game...
I've had facebook remove videos of my children playing video games, dancing to music in shopping centers and whatnot. In each case I submitted challenges citing "fair dealing" (the Australian equivalent of fair use) and facebook restored the videos in short order.
The videos were all private...
When I was doing the mission with Panam where you drive into the base to murder everyone it autosaves as you're driving in.
When I reload that autosave, I see the game from Panam's point of view, can see her hair in front of the camera as she is driving etc. As soon as the car stops and you get...
Same here. Bump people with your car, cops are on you.
Shoot someone when cops are around, they attack.
I even broke up muggings and other crime and had police on me because they were close enough to hear the gunshots.
I've never tried punching civilians though so maybe that does work.
