Get a lot more health passives. Attach fortify support on your leap slam and use it regularly to keep fortify up permanently. Replace most of the uniques with rares that have +maximum life and +resists... and where possible increased attack speed.

You can only hotkey a maximum of 8 abilities, perfect for a controller. They might end up with 1 extra ability even as most likely movement will be controlled by one of the thumb sticks whereas in the PC version you have to hotkey click to move.
