Starting to get a lot of adv loot window crashes. Looks like it is mainly when there's stuff nobody wants just sitting in the window for awhile, and if you try to pick leave on corpse or anything really, crash.

If any chanters want to do the solro mask quest, I've got the 3 runes. The quest giver gave them back to me, so someone must have turned in the 3 runes without the mask from guk. So all you'd need would be the mask to turn in. Assuming we can be online at the same time.

You get that if you have the "use advanced lighting" checkbox checked. Looks to me like tone mapping run amok.

I did it last night (stein quest) at level 9 as a dark elf agnostic. It looks like alliance worked on Clurg for me: I just went in as a dark elf.

I've actually never crashed from it. I don't use any sort of custom ui though?

I got my super car, but I haven't had a chance to drive it much yet. I wonder if all the people that saved up for this one were pissed when they got the details. Would have been nice to know there was an upgrade path about 6 months ago.

Oops, I thought it was just giving you that not responding thing in the window title or taskman. So it really hangs up? The only thing I can think of is maybe fiddle with processor affinity and/or try the full file check.

The not responding thing is not a big deal, just means all the loading is going on in the main thread, so the game window isn't responding to windows messages.

Sorcerer / sage is my fave because it most lines up with my key instincts. When panic happens I just automagically do the right thing. Big bag of tricks. Great huttball players too.

Luclin era spells I think, I wonder if they left the /spells beta command in or if they found the spell on a vendor somewhere. I betad a wizard and bought all my spells but I only shopped freeport, and only got to level 8 or so.

I think they are removing the later expansion spells like breeze and such.

No corpse runs, powerful spells, hard hitting hand to hand, new zone geometry, strong pets, spells are spread out through levels instead of a bunch every 4 or 5. That's all I can think of right now.

I made one of those 7/33 tailoring whips before the server went down. Think that is bug worthy? Not sure what they are doing about tradeskilled items that are out-of-era. Or is that even out-of-era?

There's a trend in the last 10 years or so where every game seems to spend the most time on the "Warrior" type path. Grab a suit of plate and a 2 hander and enjoy the most well tested / polished and usually easiest path.

Server is in a strange limbo. Says up but isn't. Lots of people piled into the old server select chat thing. I think it is better than actually playing.

I think it splits at around 70 people. They wanted people to go to fay to help test it but by the time I got there they had moved to qeynos. By the time I got there they had went somewhere else.
