Hoping for a severance package?

My friends account got hacked and in the process of getting it fixed EA/Bioware banned his CC so now he can't subscribe any more.. He's tried to resolve it via email but they refuse to unblock the CC so.. looks like both of us just cancelled our subs!

Pretty sure I read that the console and PC servers are separate but you can pay to transfer your characters across.

Game hasn't even started it's crowd funding campaign yet so is still years away from launch. This is the perfect time to get the hype train started!

There's plenty of good (great in fact) games that don't have any form of "number increasing" but they're all single player.

Levelling and getting gear in shadowbane was fairly trivial compared to basically any other MMO so it would have been ok in that game IMO.

I'll definitely come back to this if it's b2p and I get the xbone version for free. But I doubt I'd get the xbone version for free... Do any other cross platform games do this (buy once, play on all)?

They overdid the scoundrel nerfs. They were supposedly too strong at PvP healing so they removed freighter flyby and double backstab? I don't get it.

I'm not a fan of the new system, removing hybrid specs sucks.

I remember someone (Silius I think) saying AAs were very far from complete and had a lot of work to be done if they were ever to be implemented.

The old trees didn't offer more than one path within the tree, but it offered flexibility in choosing to take parts of multiple trees. That is basically gone with the new system although you can still get some of the passives.

The new system seems not very different to the old one, just with less flexibility. Hybrids are gone in that I can't get active abilities from multiple trees, like my sage won't be able to get FiB and rejuv+conveyance any more.. I'll be stuck to active abilities and most of the best passives...

They've added a lot of really great storyline with issues lately, especially issue 7 & 9.. Can't wait for issue 10!

It's very easy to get nightmare groups. I play during Aussie prime time so probably the least populated timezone but I get a nm group formed within minutes any day of the week.

IoD would be better left as an option. It's a good starting place for teaching new players about crafting & diplomacy.

Pre 55 the majority of players are awful. If you know how to play your class/build, and put a little bit of focus on your gear, you will absolutely destroy everyone in PvP. It doesn't matter what class you play. It's really a lot of fun. My Sage was like a raid boss in BGs.. I was a little sad...

I loved the Consular storyline. The trick is to play an extremely evil female Consular. The voice actor does an excellent sarcastic/dismissive tone and if you play it very evil then she has incredible amounts of very rude things to say to random NPCs which I found to be massively entertaining...

oporto, ogalo, nandos, henny penny, red rooster, kingsleys, chicken treat... and that's just burger chains... there's 2 burger places within 200M of my house which aren't even chains... kingsleys are the best, shame there's none in Sydney..

Very laggy from Australia. Works ok if you can get it to load.. countermeasures are very effective against missiles..

That's a very nice build, pretty much identical to what I've been running since soon after launch for soloing. Easy enough to solo all of transylvania with it with maybe minor changes depending on the mobs you're fighting.

I don't tip. Where I come from wait staff are paid a decent wage. Supposedly we get worse service as a result but having traveled in countries which do have a tipping culture I just don't see it.

Elder scrolls games are all side quests too but they generally aren't bland like the reckoning ones are. I couldn't play reckoning despite the interesting combat system, purely because of how boring the quest mechanics were.

Tuco my #1 complaint about the game is the issue which caused most of my friends to stop playing -> questing together in a group in this game is a simply awful experience 1) they need to change object you click on for quest objectives to have no cooldown - too often one person in a group clicks...

Very, although it wasn't cash shop only. It was cash shop, or 20 hours grinding/2 weeks of daily stuff per $1 worth of mats. Endgame was non viable without spending $.

I got through fine last night but now rerunning khenarthi's roost with a friend, 3 of the first 5 quests attempted have been broken.

Quests are bugged even worse than they were in beta... So much for the miracle patch..

You don't need to do the dungeon although yes gear much better than the quest stuff comes from there and it will certainly make your life easier. If you finished Kingsmouth you should have a full suit of QL3 greens which will be enough to do Savage Coast. If you have enough Solomon Island tokens...
