    Justice League (2017)

I mean he intended to film for IMAX, so it's normal if that's your plan. Cropping to fit a normal screen from that point for TV consumption is also pretty common but you obviously lose content anytime you do that. That matters more for some movies than others.

2021 NFL Offseason: QB Carousel Imminent -- Retirement Boogaloo

Seems like a lot of effort to compare 2 mostly average players at different stages of their careers.

i mean the following contract after this one will almost for sure have even more streaming stuff. the one following that might be the streamed SB. 2053 SB on Disney+

will be even more streaming next deal for the 2034+ seasons. Wonder when the first streaming service SB will be.

2021 NFL Offseason: QB Carousel Imminent -- Retirement Boogaloo

Yeah, I'd honestly rather they take Sewell or trade down and get a line guy and get another pick or 2. WR just seems deep every year now, so unless there's a calvin johnson type sitting there taking one at 3 doesn't really appeal to me.

if they fix the line some, maybe he'll get a chance to throw it more than 15 yards

    Marvel Universe stuff

Also the actors wanting to go do other things instead of playing 1 character for the rest of their lives was always going to be a thing and falcon taking on the cap mantle was a thing in comics going back way before the MCU was a thing.

Adventures with Corndog: Corndog's Fish Store

Yeah, I keep thinking I might get back into it. A nice community tank really adds something to a room.

    Justice League (2017)

Better than the theatrical release for sure. That's more a testament to how bad that version is than this being particularly great though. It's fine. It's much more coherent which certainly helps. Some good scenes and the characters are definitely more fleshed out. That said, the annoying...

    Justice League (2017)

About 90 minutes in. Not sure I think it's particularly great, but it's not the disjointed mess that the theatrical release was at least.

    Justice League (2017)

yeah that wil probably feel kind of bad watching some small almost square in the center of the screen
  17. Sterling

    Justice League (2017)

i'm sure it's fine if i was watching it on some 50 foot screen and not a 32 inch monitor
  18. Sterling

    Justice League (2017)

not sure about 4 hours of this 4:3 aspect ratio on my 32 inch monitor which is definitely not an IMAX screen.

    The Mandalorian

Maybe she didn't, or at least didn't think it would be this strong of a reaction. And I don't disagree with it being crazy that you have to cover your ass to such a degree. Whole thing is pretty absurd.
  22. Sterling

    The Mandalorian

Not claiming it's a good situation or that she should have chosen to do things differently or that I disagree with anything she said. My point is just that she had to know that there was a good chance there was going to be fallout from it.
  23. Sterling

    The Mandalorian

Yeah. If you know your employers are going to react a certain way if you do a certain thing, then either you don't do that thing or you deal with the fallout.

2021 NFL Offseason: QB Carousel Imminent -- Retirement Boogaloo

again that list was supposed to be about last season/now. not what players were doing 10 years ago. anyone that thinks alex smith/dalton are better than Jimmy right now should get tested to see if they have an extra chromosome.

2021 NFL Offseason: QB Carousel Imminent -- Retirement Boogaloo

That list is about right now, not 10 years ago. Well last season anyways.

2021 NFL Offseason: QB Carousel Imminent -- Retirement Boogaloo

ok as a 49ers fan if someone straight up offered to swap you andy dalton or alex smith for him on equal contracts you're saying yes?
  27. Sterling

2021 NFL Offseason: QB Carousel Imminent -- Retirement Boogaloo

i mean i get preferring young unproven but high potential dudes ahead of him. but even with that he's clearly not 30th. that's just stupid. that probably puts him 15-20 range, which is like i said good enough to win with a good team around him.
  28. Sterling

2021 NFL Offseason: QB Carousel Imminent -- Retirement Boogaloo

that list has alex smith and andy dalton ahead of him. lol.
  29. Sterling

2021 NFL Offseason: QB Carousel Imminent -- Retirement Boogaloo

That's an availability thing and not his actual skill level, there's no way there's 29 better QBs. But again, the health thing is a real issue.
  30. Sterling

2021 NFL Offseason: QB Carousel Imminent -- Retirement Boogaloo

having such an injury history as a mid tier dude is definitely a pretty big red flag.
  31. Sterling

2021 NFL Offseason: QB Carousel Imminent -- Retirement Boogaloo

Not sure about not top 20, but he's not top tier. He's one of those dudes that can do some work if he has a real good team around him, but he's unlikely to be the main reason why you're winning.
  32. Sterling

You know you're getting old when.....
