I should caveat that I hate PoP outside of TLP too but on TLP you beat it in 2 days and then realistically you’re just farming Time for all of PoP and LDoN.

If they fix the Yelinak dz’s I think it could be doable. M&M which is the largest pure DZ guild could possibly pull 20 T1 kills a week which are dropping 2-4x the loot they’d normally drop. 8 Yelinak 2 Tunare 4 KT 2 Vulak 2 AoW 2 CT

The quantity of loot in Velious is honestly insane. It’s hard to see every guild not getting most of their players bis before Luclin at this rate. I do wish Yelinak wasn’t cucking the T1 tables though.

Wuoshi drops Dain and Statue loot now and can be grouped easily.

I can’t speak to what motivates everyone who joined but I can say greed was not my motivation for deciding to split. Since I formed the guild I’ve never bid on a single item, still got my Hoshkar boots, Pd robes and Crowns while in Kunark. There is so much loot on Mischief that mains in guilds...

Yeah the first week or two of an expansion prices drop almost daily. Tunare ears going for 10-14kr already is cool.

I just don’t get immersed if I can’t customize the character and his growth much. Plus it’s a cool mini game.

A dude spent 200kr on 12 keys. Uncertain if it’s the same people who woke it but who cares.

Yeah I disliked Sekiro for the same reason. The more they strip the RPG elements away the less fun it becomes. I felt the same with the transition from ME1 to ME2 losing the 800 gear and skill options.

I feel bad for the people who missed the boat, it’s such a unique and enjoyable experience.

I think they’re more available than most people realize, especially if you can interact like a functioning human when you reach out (many TLP players struggle with this). What does taking full advantage look like in this case?

Mischief is the first server I’ve seen more than one guild batphone mobs for any length of time since AoCs were added. Normally a guild tries an OW target once, promptly loses and then never does OW again.

I think Kunark raid mobs are just straight up double loot. It rolls two random mobs and that’s all. I really loved the classic jackpot of getting 20+ items but I suspect we won’t see that moving forward and we will be sticking with 2x loot from now on (or even randomized 1x).

Just do 6 weeks for any expansion where the level cap increases and 4 weeks for all others. Double loot instead of half lockouts. Basically just Mischief but with half the expansion durations.

Last half of Kunark is always insane for attrition. Velious will probably suck too because you beat it in one day and it is the most boring raiding in EQ.

I lost my first set of twink gear this way when I was like 8 years old. I swam into the lake in north Qeynos and dropped it at the bottom. Though for all I know it could have just poofed because I had those sick 20 minute zone times on my AOL internet.

It is so incredibly difficult for ordinary players to get banned. Many of the most prolific cheaters I’ve ever known never get banned despite massive warping and all sorts of other nonsense.
