Is there a setting (I can't find it if there is) or an app that will prevent the phone from ringing if it's detected as a spam or political call? The phone itself will identify calls as such but I cannot find any way to tell it to ignore them.

The fuck they don't. I beat Bloodbourne a few nights ago. Through the ENTIRE fucking game I'd say about 20% of the time I had enemies with no visible hit points left on their bar. I can't count how many times I thought an enemy was dead only to quickly realize they're still attacking...
