I'm using a Corsair Scimitar, but not sure I'd recommend it. In general I like the MMO mice with a bunch of buttons on the thumb. I just don't like some of the textures used on the side of this mouse and have been thinking about switching as I don't feel like I can really relax my hand at all...

Velkhana hasn't been much of a problem for me, I'm always circling and she has very straightforward attacks and mobility provided by the insect glaive spoils me a bit. Blackveil Vaal Hazak can go fuck right off though.

Diablo 3 is the best couch co-op game I've probably ever played, strangely enough. The nemesis system on consoles is something I always wished came to PC too. On Steam the newer Remote Play Together tag may be helpful since iirc those should all be 2+ player games on a single screen.
