One more question. I've never understood the whole RBG craze when it comes to computers. The only reason I can think of having one is to indicate computer heat, i.e. if the computer is cool it would be blue, but rise to yellow if it's hot but not too hot, and red if it were entering dangerous...

OK... not dead set on it, but just read that it's a good CPU. My current setup is 8 years old, an i5-2500 and have decided it's time to upgrade. I've put it of a few times due to "the next big thing" that is coming. I can wait a while more I guess, but I do want a new puter before my Christmas...

So I'm looking at upgrading my CPU, mobo and memory, and I'm looking very hard at the i5-10600k for my cpu. It seems to give good bang for it's buck. Can anyone recommend good mobos for it, or at least which manufacturers are good and which to stay away from? Same for memory?

So for the first time in probably over a decade I've somehow managed to get my laptop infected with a bunch of computer aids, though I'm not sure how, and it seems real odd. The built in Windows Virus Defender has found a bunch of dodgy shit on my laptop, including but not limited to, Notepad++...

I tried a G600(?) MMO mouse a while back, but found out my thumb was too big for it too. I could just use the "front" side panel, but if I wanted to use the "back" I had to curl my thumb up uncomfortably. I'd love just a simple 6 side button mouse.

I like the Twitch extension, at least the character info part of it. Good to be able to see what level, class and equipment characters are wearing without having to ask the streamer. The dialog choice is a bit weird... I can see it being hijacked easily. Waiting for someone to attempt a LG...

Very interesting. As an old school filthy carebear miner I wrote on the Eve forums ages ago (early days, 2003-4) about ways to improve mining and ore. If I could only be bothered I might even get back, but alas, I can't be arsed. Thanks for posting this though.
