Really the only thing I microwave is... uh. Not much of anything. Sometimes if I'm super fucking lazy I'll nuke the broccoli instead of actually cooking it. I use it as a defroster sometimes, but I try to avoid that (the outer parts become almost cooked and the middle is fucking rock solid)...
