I parse pretty extensively and I would say less than 10% of the 1620s I've run with are capable of 14mil DPS. Most players who do hard Akkan are between 6-9 million; the West is severely underestimating the DPS requirements for Voldis.

In anticipation of Voldis release Wednesday (yes, I know, Ivory Tower is only the week after), I'm looking forward to seeing all the people who won't be able to clear Hard and the tears that are about to happen. vs People are about to get very mad and it's going to be awesome.
