Onlive and Gaikai are impressive, but they're way too laggy. I wouldn't want to play an fps game, a fighting game, a racing game, or any other type of game that relies on quick reactions through either service.

Eh, I looked at the lists of first party IPs again, and, on second thoughts, I guess Sony does edge out Microsoft. I hope we see a bunch of new IPs at E3, though. While Sony does have a few standout IPs, the vast majority of them are rather mediocre, in my opinion.

Additionally, all the next gen game engines are going to be scalable to make porting to PCs easier. Devs will be able to turn on some extra graphical bells and whistles for the PS4 version to make it look better than the Xbox One version.

60fps/30fps is a design choice, not a hardware limitation. Most gamers don't care about 60fps, which is why most games target 30fps. I imagine Call of Duty/some action games/driving sims will be 60fps next gen but little else will, just like this gen.
