There isn't any grind. I hit 30 way before the end and I didn't use rest points (enemy respawn) at all. It's pretty much impossible to lose if you have either Braum or Illaoi (taunt) on your team. All the DPS characters are crazy powerful if you keep their gear up to or above your level.

I accidentally left a word in. Constitution provides 10%. Either set will push you above 30% with 150 con. If you have voidbent armor, you will have the Constitution. 1.3 crit multiplier is nullified by Voidbent or faction gear without the con bonus.

Critical hits now do less damage than regular attacks because resilience is applied against the entire hit when a crit occurs instead of just the (usually quite low) bonus damage. So good fix on resilience but it exposed some bad math underneath.
