Dude, get an oculus quest and be done with it. With the Oculus Link coming out by end of year and the ability to play any vr game from the Oculus or Steam VR library, i don't see the issue if you want VR.

The list comes from one of the videos i watched about Gsync (since i never even heard of it till this thread) i am still doing research and the Dell monitor is now in my list as well :) I just don't want to rush and grab any ol monitor, i figure whatever i buy will be with me for a long ass time

my confusion is that what i can find is that while some monitors say GSYNC they are did not pass nvidias gsync testing. from my research only these 12 did.... now, maybe i'm doing shitty research I am no considering the Asus MG278Q from that list, but i am very curious as to the monitor you...
