Sugar drink? There's no sugar in my pwo.
I don't think anyone here recommends protein powder OVER food. It's a SUPPLEMENT i.e. SUPPLEMENT YOUR FUCKING DIET.
Are you guys kidding me right now?
Uhh... I think you are a little disillusioned about the supplements most people take: some form of preworkout (usually just caffeine with aminos), whey protein isolate (just protein extract basically), multi-vitamins (self-explanatory?).
You're just coming off very pretentious and misinformed.
I would match everything I do with my right leg with the left. I've read the best way to fix an imbalance is not to just say "fuck it, doing right leg only." But starting with the weaker side and matching your stronger side with the same # of reps. Naturally the left leg won't feel as sore, but...
Hamstrings/glutes don't seem to be affected but it is possible. And yes, shifting weight is a pretty bad idea - I realized I need to evenly distribute the tension so that's what I'll focus on... otherwise I'll just end up reversing the problem lol.
C4 is pretty good as far as PWOs. All of these products do have diminishing returns, however. And if you're a coffee addict, they probably won't do shit for you.
As for sleeping, again, are you already ingesting caffeine? If I take it after work (6-7 pm) I have a tough time getting to bed by...
Too bad the Giants have had shitty production from their TEs for multiple seasons in a row.
Not sure if Mike Pope is to blame. If Witten suddenly sucks, we know why.
This is absolutely the way to go. Listen to your body. There's weeks I don't take any days off at all because I just feel great. Other times I'll take a day or two off. I don't know when I'll take an entire week off, hopefully not anytime soon.
Ketchup is whatever. Only time you need ketchup to mask flavor is when something sucks. A burger should never need ketchup, EVER. And don't even get me started with fries.
Hot sauce is the way to go.
My favorite homemade sandwich is ham, salami, prosciuttini, capicola, provolone, lettuce, tomato, cherry peppers with salt, pepper, oregano, oil, and vinegar.
Also, if you put oil on top of your mayo you are a fat fuck. PICK ONE.
Don't go in expect a world of difference, but it definitely helps especially if you're someone who's never taken pwo or drink a lot of caffeine. The best benefit you'll ever get from a pwo is one day you're feeling "sluggish." Down that puppy and you'll be ready to go. C4 is good because no...
6'0. No I don't juice. I'm very bottom heavy - I wear 34 jeans because my quads don't fit in 32s but a 34 waist is rather big on me so I have to wear a tight belt.
I'll post a pic at the end of summer maybe, but prepare to be disappointed lol. Abs went away after I downed my first gallon of...
I go to bed at 10 wake up at 5:30 and go lift.
I down some Amino Energy and go. I don't personally drink coffee or anything caffeinated so the 100mg of caffeine really gets me going. Also, I've never crashed while using it, which is a big plus.
Low carb helped me lose 30 pounds. High carb has helped me pack on muscle and train for hypertrophy. Ever do hypertrophy during keto? It's a nightmare.
I also do not like to eat before a lift. Ever. I like training on an empty stomach, otherwise I burp up all my food during and feel bloated...
You need to specify what you're talking about here, because you may confuse some people. You can have carbs and fats in the same meal, Ossoi is talking about processed garbage that COMBINES fats and carbs that does not naturally occur in nature.
Unless you actually think the former, which is...
We were doing about 15 reps up to 225 which was 10, then 5, then I only 2 cause my back was literally on fire. Also, if you guys remember, I mentioned I think I have a structural imbalance so we were working on fixing it and making sure I plant my right heel correctly. Part of it was to see if...
Buddy of mine did it and obviously I have a penis so I have to do it as well to match him. Nah mean?
But yeah, I would never do it again. I will say I've never felt my lower back so fucking swole though. The amount of blood rushing in there was pretty insane.
Today is shoulders!
I'd like to congratulate Ossoi on his mental gains, as well his physical gains.
Proud of you bruh.
In other news, 14 sets of deadlifts WILL make you feel like your back is about to break and you'll probably blackout before it's over. Not for the weak-willed jesus fuck.
