Maybe 1 in 20 bards are decent at high end. I can think of maybe ~ 6 bards on P99 that play to the best of their ability. Dolic, Zander, Franswa, Gwence are the names that come to mind atm. I'm sure there are more but you really cannot go wrong asking any of these bards for advice.

Even healing the L40ish dungeons can be absolutely brutal, though. There's a HUGE variance in the difficulty of fights, though. Generally most of the casters bosses are absolute jokes and the melee bosses who won't stay on the "tanks" need to be kited like a motherfucker, cuz they can 1 shot...

Only really buggy time I've ran into was Greenshade last night. Rollbacks were atrocious. Beyond that it wasn't too bad. As far as armor goes--everyone has fantastic armor all the time in ESO thanks to the way they reworked drops right before launch :P
