Yeah, basically this. It doesn't have to be cartoony like WoW, just a style that makes the game noticeable from the others. This can be done with character models alone IMO. Right now Pantheon's models just kind of look like Vanguard models.

Honestly, just stylizing the character models a bit would do wonders. Final Fantasy XIV kind of does this. It makes the characters pop when you see them in the world.

Character model still looks like ass. At least the head does. When you try to go realistic, you always end up in the uncanny valley. They should probably at least stylize the character models a bit.

PS4 only allocates 5GB for games, so it's still not that far off to be honest. At least so long as the Switch's OS isn't bloated, which apparently an insider on GAF has hinted at them finding a way around that.
