On reflection, I'm almost more interested in what Brad is not going to do - so I'd like to see some "We are not" answers. In particular something along the lines of: we are not going to try and build three continents half full of content ;-)

Besides the obvious - I'm curious about how they're going to handle alpha/beta access and in particular what they're going to do when they're in mid to late beta and they run out of money. Will they have a subscription based beta?
