On the highest difficulty, the game just felt like a chore. Every pack/spontaneous random mob ring event required either ideal group composition or over-the-top finesse. None of it was particularly difficult, but much of it was just plain tedious.

It's one thing is the sex scene somehow adds something to a story. It's another thing when it's entirely superfluous. Ham-fisted sexual portrayals on a cable show just get eclipsed by anything on the internet.
