Could be lots of reasons she went back inside. People do strange things when they are fearful. Either way, she's going to jail for 20 years for not even shooting anyone.

    Justice for Zimmerman

Maybe she went back inside to protect the kids.

    Justice for Zimmerman

Yeah, so? She was in fear for her life.

Science!! Fucking magnets, how do they work?

Scientists have discovered a way to split common sea water into oxygen and hydrogen and use those gases as fuel. The video states that previously, they had to use relatively pure water to split and that they had to use more energy to split the water than they got our of it. Now they can make...

It went to court to get a gun toting scumbag off the streets. If I recall, the big complaint was that they went for murder 2 instead of manslaughter.

    Justice for Zimmerman

    You know that happened?
  14. N

    Justice for Zimmerman

Even if that does happen, there has been enough of an outcry to maybe see things change for the better in the future.

Political influence? Did a politician interfere in the trial in some way?

The stalking/following led to the crime of either second degree murder or manslaughter. That Miami-Herald op-ed was great and an example of how things will slowly move if Zimmerman gets off.
  18. N

    Justice for Zimmerman

No. It's just an observation I made based on how some people post and the language that they use.

    Justice for Zimmerman

Have you read that thread and this thread or are you doing your normal shtick? Gun supporters here have allowed their personal feelings cloud their judgment on this case and the right of someone to stalk another given a tenuous claim to authority.

    Justice for Zimmerman

    Yes there is.
  21. N

    Justice for Zimmerman

Is that why there is such irrational support of guns and the actions of people who carry guns here?

All 2 rioters from the new Black Panther Party? How can anyone manage the terrible anger of that duo?

You have no idea what would and wouldn't get struck down. If they wanted to get rid of stand your ground laws, then that is completely within their right as members of the state assembly. By what reasoning would that be overturned by judicial review?
  25. N

    Justice for Zimmerman

Judicial review of what? Definitions of various crimes? At one point the U.S. didn't have tons of mandatory minimum sentences and now you do. Who do you think changed those statutes? Politicians maybe be voted out of office for being "weak" on crime, but judicial review, while it may be...

All you morons complaining about posts, are doing more to shit things up than any opinion I can muster that you don't happen to like.

    Justice for Zimmerman

Your mother gave me AIDS. However, I don't see how having a differing opinion is a troll attempt. People and politicians can change the standards of what is a crime at any time.

Look at this guy still talking about non-existent riots.

    Justice for Zimmerman

I think he's just arguing that a paranoid moron carrying a gun murdered a kid because he thought he was a bad guy and he was desperate to be a hero and a cop.

    That's a good thing.

We have neighbourhood watches, but no one carries a gun roaming the streets looking for trouble. Our neighbourhood watch people call the authorities when they see something suspicious. In fact we call those normal people.

He and anyone else can say that the law is not written well if they want. That is not irresponsible. In fact I don't think you guys know what irresponsible means. If the judge said the same thing during the trial that would be irresponsible because they have direct influence over the case.

    Justice for Zimmerman

So what you're saying is that your interpretation of the evidence is more valid than Josh Marshall's or anyone else's?
  37. N

    Justice for Zimmerman

Why is it irresponsible? Are your opinions irresponsible?
  38. N

    Justice for Zimmerman

Josh Marshall says,"If you're a wannabe cop loser with a gun who starts stalking a kid in the dark, you're responsible for the outcome. I know that sounds harsh or flippant. But I really do feel like this is what the whole case comes down to."http://talkingpointsmemo.com/
