I can also see there being a ton of folks who don't even know elixirs exist since they're not in the main inventory tab and the quest that introduces you to the potion npc only cares about upgrading your healing potion. Crafting the Poison Resist elixir and popping some resist gems in my gear...

On my kill there were just like eight Sorcs there and we had a barbecue. Melee kept dying but everyone else was just hucking Hydras and Flame Walls from outside of mechanic range

I don't know why, but I always play Melee in ARPGs even though it's usually inferior, and sometimes unplayable. Probably gives me a bad impression of games. I remember dropping POE when its melee rubberbanding basically made shit unplayable, when I could have just switched to ranged instead.
