The weapon builder on the show talked about an amazing 2-part weapon that they built that'll be a "showstopper" when it's used. He was almost certainly talking about Arya's design. Some speculate she was seen running through a dark hallway in the trailer with it, but I couldn't see it.

Her little blueprint actually says "dragonglass" for the speartip and the detachable head suggests she wants to use it as thrown harpoon kinda thing. Pretty much means Arya's prolly gonna kill or try to kill the undead dragon.
