That's probably mildew, which can also be black, from humidity and whatnot on your single pane windows. Black mold grows in dark and damp environments, which windows arent typically, and cause respiratory issues.

After league end, your tabs get transferred to standard as Remove Only. I have like 30 tabs in standard that are remove only at this point, with map, card, essence and fragment tabs I've been able to consolidate a lot.
