In no world is necro at full HP always.

I feel like the stream viewing audience is very separate from the console gamer audience (Modern Warfare videos are way more popular on youtube than any type of stream). Who knows if people will even care about streaming.

But a necro with mek is nowhere near a support if you get it fast (also takes 2k less gold than a radiance). In fact, you'll probably get more kills with a mek than a radiance.
