I've gotten back into this game as of late, seems my MMR was lowered some how? I was getting queued against the likes of many pro/amateur players about 6-10 months ago. I play with 4 people currently and looking for more as solo queues are really bad at this level. Add me, kemuel0512 on steam.
TCM playing solo safe omni vs dignitas at dreamhack... I said this hero sucked as a solo and wouldn't do much, you guys said he'd survive and get the farm he needs. We shall see.
edit: omni useless so far... 0/3/2 with mek done at 24 minutes. Imagine if they picked something like necro instead.

There's probably a vod somewhere of demon playing mid omni and raping someone back when they were doing the knight strat. And one of him getting raped. Hero isn't very good but he can win some lanes, or at least not lose too hard. Taking TCM as an example for anything though, really? I mean I don't value Dignitas very much but they're not a tier3-4 team.
Yeah I know TCM is a bad example... but how often do you see omni picked, let alone in an evenly matched game.

I absolutely 100% agree with the ban, I mean what the fuck was Solo thinking throwing away his professionalism for $100-300? Nothing is worth that kind of a scar on your career.

Also, they were betting against themselves (not just Solo but apparently the stand in and other members of the team save for one who is currently being checked out at the moment) on several e sport websites. Caught Solo winning $100 after a particularly terrible fucking throw of a match (read: so fucking bad it was actually suspicious) at StarLadder. The match didn't have any real effects on the brackets / outcome of the tournament and when they checked the match on other e sport sites, Solo and his teammates were pulling in $ from the loss.

do they not have any sponsors, this is what they had to do to make a living? you would think actually winning tournaments would eventually bring in more than 100-300.

I don't really see the point in spoilers, especially when there's just one thread and the game is in group stage where it was the only game that had potential to be even remotely close. If you want no spoiler policy for finals, I don't really care, but turning every discussion of finished games into spoilers is dumb. There's so much Dota played every day you can tune into live stuff at any point. I think spoilers are dumb overall, if you don't want to get spoilered, don't visit the thread, just like SC2.
What actually counters OD mid ? Even Nyx with manaburn can't keep up. Maybe someone like sniper for the right click or Lion ?I have the skywrath staff and am willing to trade, just add me on steam. Same name as here.
