Fnatic was amazing in HoN, I wouldn't call any of their wins upsets anymore. When they started in Dota2 you could see how much relearning they had to do, but they've been playing really well for a while (ever since they got trixi back I guess).

Disagree. I see everyone doing this, it's not hard to ward/pull/last hit and tp to towers. Positioning and knowledge of when to use skills is what separates the good players.
