    Nioh 2 (PS4 (PC in November?:emoji_nose:

Yup, it activates easy mode for a few. Great way to get past tough encounters, end game though it all about damage and Ki break so don’t need it then.

    Borderlands

Ehhh maybe Reynolds but they both play themselves these days. Leaning towards Hugh Laurie, or Neil Patrick Harris or hell whynot Nathan Fillion to keep with everyone being old. No wait, Steven Ogg. Go really crazy and Tom Cruise, Kevin Costner as Mord.

    Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous

Does it use mythic point pool to use those abilities like the pen and paper version?

    Borderlands

I had hope until they started using named characters from the games, also Hart as Roland? The fuuuuuuuuuck, these characters have established personalities, Roland is a no nonsense leader type. Maybe they just kill him within the first five minutes before he even says anything.

They are definitely stronger, they no longer do that kick combo over and over you can dodge and punish. Also yes the put them in tight areas as well.

That there is, and those winged fuckers are back and stronger then ever. Pretty sure those kill me more than anything else.

    Love these games.

Exact same setup, maybe there is more missions overall but pretty sure no changes to how it flows.

Yeah I would honestly put it back to default and get use to it, or you going to be clawing all weird once you learn whats up.

But...how will you Ki Pulse...or flux for that matter while switching weapons or stances?

    Nioh 2 (PS4 (PC in November?:emoji_nose:

Nioh is one of my favorite series out there. If not feeling it but like the genre and setting try different weapons. Axe and stamina builds are easiest due to high break and stagger/survivability. Things like Dual blades and ninjutsu start out weak but get insanely strong later. Magic in 2 never...

    World of Warcraft: Current Year

Wasn’t their talk of player made towns and fortresses year ago? As I type this I remember what that became...but yeah if you could build and upgrade a place the community could work together on. Both sides could have places to attack and defend.

    World of Warcraft: Current Year

Watched Heko play this for a few hours, terrible writing and insanely boring quests. What the fuck they doing with all that money?

    Nioh 2 (PS4 (PC in November?:emoji_nose:

Good port, playing through this time as ninjutsu dex/skill build. Never used Kurisamas or Hatchets before so going that route. May switch to fists later as they seem the most complex with how chaining moves works. Split staff just looks OP though, and the new sword set looks insanely good...

    The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers

Oh and Refs being so sick of teams doing the “flying V” they would call offsides as soon as three people started the formation or even mentioning it. We would be mid face off and some one would yell something about a flying V or start slapping their stick saying quack that would crack up a...

    The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers

Ironic how? Sucks that happened but it had entirely different connotation back then but "that was so gay" and 'you fag" was literally said by everyone I knew late 80's early 90s.

    The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers

You know what was "gay" when this movie came out. May have been the NJ hockey players only but we made fun of this for months.

    Dyson Sphere Program

Like factorio it has a lot to do already and will only get more and more complicated the longer it is out. Honestly this kind of game works the best with early access, already feels like a very long progression so play it now in its “tutorial” mode so later your brain doesn’t explode. I have at...

    The Rookie

Took him 1 episode to find his balls, now suddenly he is jumpy black man out for a jog? Not buying it. Not to mention he grew up around cops his whole life, it is all he wants to be. Wants to impress dad etc. No fucking way he suddenly has PTSD when he sees a police vehicle.

    The Rookie

Now they suddenly made the black cop afraid of cops, and the other white guy being remorseful for his actions from season 1? I wouldn't care so much if it wasn't such a huge departure for their established personalities. Not to mention his mom is written to be the most unlikeable person ever, so...

    The D&D thread

Talking more about mechanics and perspective of running a game as a DM, not how "hard" it is. Which is a dumb ass argument anyway when it comes to pen and paper RPGs for all the obvious reasons.

    The Rookie

Episode 2: Right...I almost turned it off. Ending kinda made up for it but holy shit... Episode 3: It is getting worse, the focus doesn't even seem to be on Nolan anymore. You know the reason we watch this show.

    The D&D thread

Those 1st and even second editions are hard to go back to, I have too much quality of life knowledge to go back. That and reading old stuff when you DM new stuff can get confusing. It is good for story ideas though, sometimes grabbing bits and pieces from the old stuff can really infuse your...
