I just read this short story by Amy Hempel (one of Chuck Palahniuk's favorite authors). It's very good. "In the Cemetery Where Al Jolson is Buried" by Amy Hempel Fictionaut I also read Double Down, but it was only ok.

None of the above for me. I use my PC to play dota2. I'll probably eventually pick up an Xbox One (that's what my friends went with), but not for a year or two.

Landing strip?

Living anywhere cool will be expensive. Just find something where your commute doesn't suck and then drive/Metro to do things on the weekend. I'm not 100% sure about Crystal city for night life, but I don't think its cool for that. It's offices, hotels, and a mall, though not a bad commute...

I'm around 1 hour and 50 min, door-to-door, one way. It's mostly on the train so I look at the internet, but it still sucks. I'm moving in a week and then it'll be down to 40 min or so.

Great movie. My only gripe would be that the themes and symbolism are a bit hit-you-over-the head at times, but that's minor. Don't skip on the 3D!
