Can't find the thread, but the tl;dw version: 100 recovery will heal you to full about 4.5 seconds faster than 0 recovery. IMO, this is huuuuge. To compare to resilience, you get about 15 more HP at 100 than at 0. Here's a pic of my dude and the stats I'm rollin with!

If you play Lacerate, you have to go with Blitz Berserker. It feels like garbage otherwise.

Naw it's cause there's no other stat you really benefit from the staff cause the +160 spellpower does nothing for the minions and mana can be okayish at best? You have to give up +5 to zombies and maim for it.

This is correct! So far I haven't found a build that optimizes heralds yet. Don't think it'll be as good as Slave Drivers or other meta spectres especially since if you wanna play them as a caster you gotta waste a weapon slot. But if you are bored with currency to spend and want some sick ass...
