The roadblock Microsoft is using with indie devs SEEMS to be troubling as well (maybe I read it wrong). We have had some good games come from small time dev houses. I am not sure why XBOX cant follow the Steam model for this, but whatevs. Maybe this will change as well.

You never had to be a member to buy used games, just needed to create an account.

I did not use Gamestop as much as I used Gamefly. Gamefly was perfect because the additional (bonus) content was still available when you ordered their used games.

Problem is they don't handle the digital like they should. IE steam for example. I would not mind completely forgoing my physical media if it meant I could download the digital copies to the next gen consoles.
