You need Akkhan set bonus and CDR to keep it boiling all the time...also SOJ is needed. Your CC and CD need a big boost, too. Better belt and amulet, also. As a start. You can get to 200 Paragon pretty easily, but solo xp falls flat on its face at 220ish unless you are a god at soloing T5-6...
