I've watched season 1 three times through and it 100% tickles my pickle. I cannot believe it but season 2, especially after ep 6 and 7, is actually better than S1. Fucking awesome.

Season 2 started like gangbusters. Everything I liked about s1 taken to a slightly higher level. First few minutes before the title were perfect. I'm going to savor this one and not binge it.

I don't believe most of that but if "Clone Wars and Rebels lore was to be discarded for this trilogy entirely" is even remotely true for anything moving forward even I will turn in my fanboy card. Animated SW has been the best SW in the last 25 years and it ain't even close.

Beginning and ending are really solid. There is so much potential for continuation here, they barely scratched the surface of the mythology. Nice job not shooting their wad entirely with this one.
