Retro Game of the Month November 2017: Soul Blazer (SNES)

Mario Odyssey has been taking up my time - both good and bad on that front. Going to bootup the retropie and crank this one out for the rest of the week.

    Super Mario Odyssey

I've always liked Nintendo first party and have owned each system. However, the extra push to have 800+ moons, or whatever number it is ultimately going to be as I'm at 650, is really killing it for me. Finding a moon because I put on the right outfit is tedious and don't get me started on...

Alaska via Cruise or land tour?

My parents did the same and they are in their 50s as well. I figured my dad wouldn't be the cruise sort, he likes to explore on land like you are saying, but he really liked it and said they got a lot of time everyday to go out and about. I believe it was around 14 days and cost him $3200 for...

    Laptop Computers

Got a Surface 4 with the i7 for everyday use at the office and has worked well for almost two years. I do light programming and mostly browser based tools. The battery is starting to deplete quicker than normal if running anything that does screensharing/conferencing it seems. Could be the...

    Battery operated lawn equipment?

I have all the EGO stuff. Mower works great for what I have as a lawn - small front yard in Phoenix area. 56V and no problems on time - roughly an hour depending on length and other factors. Quarter acre lot or bigger might need a couple batteries.

    Suicide Squad (2016)

Saw this while I'm still in Brazil. This was not great but the people seemed to like it. Theater was mostly full. Had a little glimmer of hope from the trailer but after hearing about the "flashbacks" I was hesitant. I think they had a studio monkey piece this thing together because the pacing...

Whelp made it back. No special guest appearance by ISIS. Was disappoint. However, every time Hope Solo got the ball the crowd started screaming then yelled ZIKA when she kicked it or threw it back. Was quite Hilarious. Also, they really love the wave. =/
