I think I need to level up my health at this point. I'm using the magic resist token and my best resist armor. Sitting at 41% and his arrow takes me down to about 1 hp now.

I'm doing dex/int build with Meteorite Ore Blade(katana) and Bow/Staff, so I have pretty good melee and range, but as you said he just dodges out of melee. Making it worse, the way the environment is in that tower, makes bows and ranged magic on him almost useless. It's almost impossible to hit...

This is exactly my situation and why I'm playing on PS5. Stuttering and no ultrawide. Maybe by the time I'm done with it, they'll patch up the PC version and I'll do a second run through with some mods.
