There's a limit... I forget which jobs aren't worth mastering, but the rule of thumb is -- master the ones with passive abilities, the ones with the 2/3 abilities you're going to equip to your Freelancers / Mimes, and then Monk / Thief / Summoner for the best stats.

The fact that so many FFs need grinding/breaking like this to be enjoyable is part of why I don't like replaying most of them, tho. FF5 has the perfect difficulty curve, by the time you break that shit, you earned it.

Final Fantasy Record Keeper was the ideal here. You could do literally all the content as a free to play player, despite how difficult the end game content was. Prices were pretty fair for pulling the gatcha, too, once they guaranteed at least one 5* relic per pull. Good sales every 3 months too.

Not to be a broken record about the superiority of GPT-4, but all these things you've mentioned are improved on GPT-4, like exponentially so. The only issue with GPT-4 is that it's so good, going back to GPT-3.5 is straight up painful.
