Yes it is, I am holding one right now. Puff makes the pen part, MKX made the cartridge. 100% pure THC is itself a very slow moving liquid, very thick oil. Nothing is needed to be added to it to make it liquid. This can be confirmed in even Merck chemistry manual, no stoner knowledge required.
