Are you talking boss fights or trash pulls? DH tanks can do some nasty dps on trash but you're playing with gutter level dps if a DH tank can top the meters on a normal pull or against a boss.

You have one personal keystone per week. You can do mythic plus if at least one person in your group has a functioning keystone. The way my group plans on doing it is run ours then pick up randoms that don't have friends for extra shots during the week.

The mechanics for catching up are already in place. Really the only annoying part for switching mains/alt raiding toon will be Suramar quest line to unlock arcway/court if you want to do those on mythics.
