Yea, that second one looks better and more natural. If a thin bottom edge is the main problem, with stacking to build height, what happens if you cut the bottom layer, then glue an uncut second sheet on top, then cut all the way through? I guess you would need some way to modify your table and...

If you were going to do a mountain or such, as an example, couldn't you slice the elevation up in the CAD program (lets say in 500ft increments). Then cut just elevation 0-500 on one board, then 501-1000 on a second board, and so on, then glue it all together? Outside of the very top piece, you...

Astartes dude did some great stuff but he was hired by WH TV 4+ years ago(?) and haven't heard of any animated shit coming close to that yet. I don't have Warhammer TV, so would be interested to hear if anything new is on that level.

People saying the season mechanics are fun sorta got me tempted to play, but I want to thank everyone for quickly reminding me of the glaring flaws. I'm probably not going to be playing again until the aspect are changed. The dumbfuckery of spending more time sorting loot than playing the game...

    Starfield - Fallout fallout that isn't ES6

I guess Starfield's steam score is slowly decreasing. While I know the typical fanboy reaction to negative reviews of Beth games is "well you didn't play it long enough," the play times on these negative steam reviews is funny. I agree with the 5/10 but how can anyone rating a game so low keep...

Having a small issue with this on Vivaldi with UBlock Origins + Privacy Badger + NoScript. I got it to 100% "bypass" the 3 strike screen by just fiddling around in UBO, "blocking elements" until it was gone. Now, when playing a video it auto pauses after the first second or two but I just need...

That's unfortunate. I liked the Shadowrun games and would have loved to see it expanded into a more fleshed out/longer RPG. There are always other IPs to adapt through.

Wonder how different the tech is for each company. The Denon auto volume leveler and positional set up still does terrible with Hulu live. Do you own the vehicle outright? Then you just sign a line on the back of the title and give it to your friend. They will then need to go to the DMV register it, pay tax, and submit change of title paperwork. AFAIK, you can write a number it was sold for, somewhere, but they will take the book...

Baldur's Gate 3 by Larian Games

Also, there are multiple AI (difficulty) mods out now, and I am sure more will be developed/refined. I am using one that gives NPCs more unique powers, in effect expanding the "classes" available to them. I just started a new game, since my DUrge saves broke with updating mods, so don't have...

Historically, Larian hasn't done DLC, so we may only get their final polished "enhanced" edition with cut content, in a year or so. Which I am fine with, as I dislike the DLC model bullshit, and would rather have a full blown xpac. A related story for levels 13 - 20 would be great, but I wont...

    The Expanse

Why bother? The team working on The Expanse had a track record of faithfully converting the books, which is extremely rare. That alone is a huge plus over spending money on another IP, with different writers/producers. I thought the problems with season 5 & 6 had mostly to do with the books...

Baldur's Gate 3 by Larian Games

Yes, because when distilled down it still falls within the spending and acquiring of action points/resources (player and npc). Caliane is looking at it from a game designer/DM standpoint of encounter design. I can see why trying to play optimally in a PnP game is generally frowned upon, because...

This is like asking if giving you a horse to ride at 150% move speed changes the fetch quest. Yes, it changes the fetch quest, but it's still a fetch quest and fits in the definition of fetch quests. Action economy is the concept of acquiring and spending actions, which 5e generally balanced...

Baldur's Gate 3 by Larian Games

Neither of the people you quoted contradicted each other, within the confines of 5e. As Phazael said, it is about the quantity of acquiring more actions per round and it's also as Sean said, in that it maters how a class chooses to spend those actions; hence, an action economy.

Baldur's Gate 3 by Larian Games

Wat? Economy is the acquiring and use of resources. In the case of 5e, those resources are actions. Party lethality does not always mean the spending and acquiring of resources. OP items and spells can boost a classes/parties lethality but not change the action economy. They are different...

Did you try Jagged Alliance 3? It's about as close to Xcom 2 gameplay out of anything that has come out recently, but different enough to be it's own thing/system. I also like some of the lesser graphics games like Xenonauts, but it certainly lacks the polish of Xcom 1/2.

That looks neat for chisels, but for knives the discs set up on a dedicated bench grinder are still probably better and just as fast, once you learn how to use them. At least it's the set up I have seen the most in knife stores & gun show that offer sharping services.
