The only way I've ever known someone to be able to put up with raid leading/guild leading for extended periods was to either be the most saccharine upbeat lump of sugar in the world, or to drink to excess.

Theoretically, the buy a box card is ~three times the supply of any given mythic in a set. I assume, as we saw with Rabblemaster, if the buy-a-box promo is a strong card it will "mysteriously" find its way off store back-shelves and onto tcgplayer/ebay en masse.
